What is included in a complete feather flag kit?
A standard kit includes the custom-printed polyester flag, a flexible fiberglass or aluminum pole set, and a base of your choice, such as a ground spike or a cross base with a water bag.
Are your feather flags weather-resistant?
Yes, our flags are made from high-quality, UV-resistant polyester fabric designed to withstand moderate wind and outdoor exposure. However, we recommend taking them down during severe storms or high-wind warnings to extend their lifespan.
Can I print different designs on both sides of the flag?
We offer both single-sided and double-sided printing. Single-sided flags are translucent with a mirrored image on the back, while double-sided flags feature two separate prints with a block-out layer in between for perfect visibility from any direction.
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production typically takes 2-3 business days after artwork approval. Shipping times vary by location but usually range from 3-5 business days via standard ground shipping.
What is your return policy for custom-printed items?
Due to the personalized nature of custom flags, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part. Please review your digital proofs carefully before final approval.
How do I clean and maintain my feather flag?
Our flags are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. We recommend air drying only; do not tumble dry or iron directly on the print to prevent damage to the graphics.
