At Feather Flags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your flags or hardware are defective or damaged, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom-printed items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing error or shipping damage.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the flags and hardware in their original packaging, ensuring all poles, ground spikes, and carrying bags are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
